ARTICULO PRIMERO: Dar cumplimiento al mandato judicial, por lo tanto, RECONOCER LO CORRESPONDIENTE A DEVENGADOS POR LOS CONCEPTOS DE BONIFICACIÓN DIFERENCIAL E INCENTIVO ÚNICO CON CARGO AL CAFAE, más los intereses legales, conforme al Informe N° 208-2025-MNSS-OPC-CSJR-USJ-CSJCA-PJ, que tiene a favor del recurrente WILSON ALCANTARA IDRUGO, el monto total de S/ 314,243.61 (Trescientos catorce mil doscientos cuarenta y tres con 61/100 soles).
